Middle East Politics

Course Description

Introduction to important themes, concepts, and cases in the study of the Middle East and North Africa, with particular attention to the domestic and international politics of the region. Examination of social and political issues in the region from the early 20th century to the present, focusing primarily on issues of contemporary relevance.
