Course Description

The application of a basic understanding of construction materials and methods to effectively compile, organize, and analyze all items that influence and contribute to the total cost of construction projects. This includes maximizing estimating labor, materials, equipment, indirect costs, and subcontractor bidding processes effectively through software and computer integration.
